1913/14, Junior and Model H oval wire Front Fork Springs

Yes, we are even remaking the front fork springs.

The wire is getting rolled at the moment, will take 16 weeks to get made.

There is a minimum quantity to order- like most things,  100kg of wire had to be made.

We are making a batch of 50 springs, hopefully 1 new spring with the two fasteners will sell for around the £110 mark -  that's better than what they sell  a second hand one for on eBay!

We can have most springs made - just ask us or send a sample.

24.03.07  First batch has been made now and I have seen them -they should be with us by mid April.

Yes we are making the pedal gear for all early veterans. You can see the sprocket up on our site. The pedal and cranks are finished .ask us for your requirements today and we will quote you or put a set aside when a batch is finished as they will only be made in small batches.

We have started on a Batch of 25 sets of Veteran inverted levers. They are Lost wax investment cast in steel so they will not bend like the bronze cast ones.

We have had the patterns made now and the levers cast, machining is on its way ready for Stafford 2009. £85.00 a pair and value for money ready to be nickled

Yes we are making new barrels

So far we have had the barrel turned into a drawing.

It is now at the pattern makers having the pattern made .

hopefully first barrels should be cast buy june 09 and be machined shortly after then.

we have fixed the cracking problems by increasing some on the wall thickness where they cracked. Keep watching we will post more soon and photos

Yes, even the tools boxes to fit late veteran 1914 and model H are on the go 20 sets are being made.  Boxes have been bent and leather work is being sourced ready July 08

Yes we even do tanks and the petrol tank fittings. We have fuel cap in stock now plus most fittings for model H and 1912 to 14, plus Model P 1 3/4 caps in stock. We have all the drawing for the early model to make them as required. We have made tanks for 1908,1909,1912,1914, Model H, P, N, NSD and Ricardo so far for around the £550 TO £650 RANGE FOR THE ABOVE MODEL all tinwork finished with fittings ready to paint.

Yes we are producing them again not from a bronze casting but from solid steel CNC machine to the original shape. The two lever type is £115.00 and the 1 lever is £95.00. See the photo as to how they look now. All finished June 2007 and selling like hot cakes!!

Yes we even make the front stirrup brakes for all veterans and other Triumphs for £170 marks. we have most models in stock other made to order allow 3 months to be hand made if we are out of stock.

Yes we have had many enquires.  We have now made 10 b170 check out site under common spares.  I am lucky that my factory is next to brooks in brum.  I have been in their and theirs not much left for the old bikes.  So we have an original b170 and a b180?  Seat to copy from. The frames have been laser cut.  The fasteners have been machined and the four types of springs are wound.  Seat pan dies have been made and have stamped 50 pans so far.  Seat clamp has been made from a lost wax casting also available under common spares. Plus see the new B100 leather tops we have had made now for early veterans.
