    <description>Yes we are producing them again not from a bronze casting but from solid steel CNC machine to the original shape. the two lever type will be around the £115.00 mark and the 1 lever will be £95.00 mark . they should be off the cnc by end of June.see the photo as to how they look now. All finished June 2007 and selling like hot cakes!!</description>

    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes we even do tanks and the petrol tank fittings.We have fuel cap in stock now plus most fittings for model H and 1912 to 14 , plus Model&amp;nbsp;P 1 3/4 caps in stock.we have all&amp;nbsp; the drawing for the early model to make them as required.We have made tanks for 1908,1909,1912,1914, Model h and Ricardo so far for around the £550 TO £650 RANGE FOR THE ABOVE MODEL all tinware finished with fittings ready to paint.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;we have order £5000 of turned parts now to replace most fastener on 1908 to 1914 bikes and junior models. (finished)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Link belt is on it way 100meters of 3/4 ,7/8 and 1 inch.(finished)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Plug lead and clips.(finished)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Main bearings.(finished)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Free wheel clutches are getting made now.(finished)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Brooks seat are on their way we are making b 130 and b170. around Aug 07.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tool box on their way 20 sets are getting made. around Aug 07&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;front and rear hubs for 1908 to 1914 10 sets of both.(finished)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Front head race bearings are made.(finished)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;around 20 different casting are being cast frame lugs. around Aug 07&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;timing covers. some finished rest Aug 07&lt;/P&gt;

    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes we are making new barrels&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So far we have had the barrel turned into a drawing.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is now at the pattern makers having the pattern made .&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;hopefully first barrels should be cast buy&amp;nbsp;june 08 and be machined shortly after then.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;we have fixed the cracking problems by increasing some on the wall thickness where they cracked. Keep watching we will post more soon and photos&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;email us now&amp;nbsp;to get on&amp;nbsp; the waiting list. for&amp;nbsp;a new barrel . we are only make small run of 5 to 10 at a time . we all ready have 3 on the list&lt;/P&gt;

    <description>&lt;P&gt;1913/14, Junior&amp;nbsp;and Model&amp;nbsp;H oval wire Front Fork Springs&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Yes, we are even remaking the&amp;nbsp;front fork springs.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The wire is getting rolled at the moment, will&amp;nbsp;take 16 weeks to get made.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is a minimum quantity to order- like most things, &amp;nbsp;100kg of wire had to be made.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We are making a batch of 50 springs, hopefully 1 new spring with the two fasteners will sell for around the £110 mark - &amp;nbsp;that&#39;s better than what they sell&amp;nbsp; a second hand one for on eBay!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We can have most springs made - just ask us or send a sample.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;24.03.07&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;First batch&amp;nbsp;has been made now and&amp;nbsp;I have seen them -they should be with us by mid April.&lt;/P&gt;
